一期一会のお客様を心を込めてお迎えするために、完全予約制とさせていただいています。

来店前日21時までにご予約ください。

ご予約の際、以下の内容をおうかがいします。

・ご予約名

・ご連絡先

・ご予約希望日時

・ご予約人数（小学生以下のお子様の有無と人数）

・ご希望のお料理（コース）

・アレルギー・お召し上がり頂けない食材の有無と内容

 

To ensure a comfortable and personalized dining experience for all

our guests, we operate exclusively on a reservation basis.

・For Overseas Guests: If you do not speak Japanese, please make

your reservation through your hotel by 9:00 PM the day before your

intended visit. Alternatively, you can send us a reservation request

via Instagram (@sakai.chakura) at least three days in advance.

・Making a Reservation: Please provide your name, contact details,

preferred visit date and time, number of guests (including children

of elementary school age or younger), selected menu (course), and any

dietary restrictions or allergies when making a reservation. If

contacting us via Instagram, we will confirm your reservation with a

message. Please await our confirmation before planning your visit.

下記のとおり、規定のキャンセル料が発生します。

３日前は５０％、２日前より１００％　

CANCELLATION POLICY

・Cancellations made 3 days in advance are subject to a 50% fee.

・Cancellations within 2 days of the reservation date are subject to　a 100% fee.

 

精進対応（五葷抜き、オリエンタルベジタリアン）をご希望の方、料理に使う料理酒、味醂

、ワインがダメな方は事前にお知らせください。厳格ではないハラル（ハラル認証はありま

せん）の方もおこしいただいています。そのほかの食事制限やアレルギーのある方は予約時

にご相談ください。おそれいりますが、特別対応の場合は追加料金（３０％～）を頂く場合

があります。

・Shojin Cuisine: Please inform us in advance if you wish a Shojin

cuisine (Oriental vegetarian meal without alliums).

・Alcohol-Free Dishes: Should you prefer dishes without the usage of

alcohol such as cooking sake, mirin, or wine, kindly notify us in

advance.

・Halal Options: We welcome guests following a non-strict halal diet,

although we do not have halal certification.

・Other Dietary Restrictions: We kindly ask you to inform us of any

dietary restrictions or allergies at the time of your reservation.

・Note: Additional charges of 30% or more may apply for special

accommodations.

お子様連れ歓迎です。ただし、ご配慮いただきたいことがありますので、小学生以下のお子

様をご同伴の場合は、予約時にご相談ください。おそれいりますが、お子様（小学生以下）

の人数が大人より多い場合には、ご来店をご遠慮いただくことがございます。

 

・Families with children are warmly welcomed. To ensure a pleasant

experience for all our guests, please let us know at the time of

booking if you will be bringing children of elementary school age or

younger.

・If the number of children exceeds the number of adults, we may ask

you to kindly choose another time to visit.

茶倉家屋の隣に駐車場がありますが、台数に限りがございますので、ご使用に際しましては

、予約時にご相談ください。

• Limited parking is available adjacent to Chakura. Please inform

us at the time of your reservation if you need parking.
